Do NOT go! Went in to get my hair dyed back to my natural hair color, chocolate brown. I had a few highlights in so I just needed that to be dyed back to my natural hair color. Elsa went in and dyed those highlights jet black and told me it was going to wash out; it was permanent dye which she didn’t tell me it was nor did she tell me she was dying my hair black. It left a harsh line between my natural hair color and the black hair dye that looks almost blue in the sun/light. Completely the opposite of what I asked for and s... read more
