The experience completely changed my perspective, and my haircut turned out far better than I expected. Lucy was incredible! She listened carefully to what I wanted, asked questions to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied, and delivered the best results. My hair has never looked better! Highly recommend Lucy and this salon. Everyone was very nice, and parking was easy.
I had a very disappointing experience at Elsalon last Saturday. I arrived slightly late for my 2:30 (roughly 7 mins late) appointment for a wash, haircut, and blow-dry (booked through Groupon), and was immediately told I wouldn’t receive a full blow-dry but they would try. The wash felt rushed, and the haircut—simple layers—took nearly an hour, much longer than expected as the staff member was still a trainee. Elsa is wonderful!
I had my first experience with Elsalon today and boy it was beautiful. Lucy did my haircut and blowdry and it turned out the best. She listened to my hair concerns and the haircut turned out to be better than the reference picture I showed her. She took her time at each stage, from forming the layers evenly to cutting the exact length for my bangs, she did an amazing job. My hair feels lush and healthy I will highly recommend Lucy for haircuts
