I can’t say enough good things about Elsa Roofing. After a storm damaged my grandmother’s trailer roof, other roofing companies either didn’t show up for scheduled appointments or never followed through. Elsa Roofing responded right away and took care of the emergency repair, then returned as promised to complete the entire roof. They also installed beautiful glass skylights that made a huge difference. The crew was professional, prompt, informative, and incredibly kind throughout the whole process. Elsa Roofing and their team were complete professionals. I reached out to them late at night for an emergency repair on my roof and they were able to send a team to my home to facilitate a repair in less than 48 hours. They were prompt, efficient and went above and beyond in their repairs to no additional cost once they noticed further damage on the roof than we'd initially realized. I will definitely reach out to them regarding any future repairs or maintenance. I've attached photos to this review to note their work.
I highly recommend Elsa roofing! I originally hired them for a patch job, which they completed the day of for a very reasonable price - after an inspection of my roof and their expert knowledge they determined it was best to replace my roof. From the quote process, communication and instal. Very professional and easy to deal with. Highly recommend them for all your roofing needs!
I had a quick and easy fix I needed done for a leaky gutter. I didn’t have a long enough ladder and frankly, I hate heights! I posted on a community page and Lisa contacted me from Elsa Roofing. I sent her my details, she sent me her quote and we quickly arranged for Art to come by a few days later. Art was on time, courteous, professional and did the job quickly and properly. Why he was up there, he let me know my roof was in great shape, something I hadn’t asked him to do. I highly recommend Art and will be calling hi... read more
We hired Elsa Roofing for a project in Aurora, Ontario, and they did a fantastic job. They removed our old gutters, replaced them with new ones, and installed leaf guards. The pricing was fair, and the team showed up promptly and completed the work even faster than expected. No complaints at all, we highly recommend them!
