My mother showed up in serious pain, and instead of receiving even the slightest bit of help, she was met with pure disrespect from the moment she walked in. The front desk staff acted like she was bothering them just by existing. No directions, no explanation. just straight attitude. Today I was attended by Natalia. She made me feel at ease and comfortable. I appreciate the way she carried herself. Keep setting the perfect example. I definitely recommend her practice.
I’ve been waiting for a call back since this morning it’s 5:43 pm and I was told that I was put in the waiting list I arrived at 7:45 am and the receptionist said that their was already 3 people in the waiting list and I can either wait inside or outside if I wanted to and they would call me. Until right now I have not received a call or had her follow up on me if I still needed medical attention which is the reason i went in for. Doctor and PA care is great. However, no matter how many times I call, I never get an answer, and the one time someone answered, I was put on hold for the longest time until my patience gave out. I always have to go in person to get my questions answered which is very inconvenient.
