As a new patient, I have had a very positive experience at this clinic. The staff is friendly, personable, and very efficient. Mrs. Gonzales is nothing short of amazing. She’s very compassionate and thorough. I was hesitant at first about the 45 minute drive to the clinic from my home, but it is absolutely worth it.
Update: In regards to our recent review-I am here to express that Oralia (Office Supervisor) from Elsa Medical Clinic called me and is working on resolving our issues. I am very grateful and give her a shoutout as I know she is very busy and didn’t have to take on another task to make 2 patients happy. Absolutely awful place!
The staff in the back is fine (nurses, pa's, and doctors) but the front office staff need re training and wait time for someoneto pick up the phone to at least tell you they'llbe with you soon is ridiculously long. Obviously its not EVERYONE. They do have some professional, polite, and helpful medical receptionist but the MAJORITY, especially in the afternoon, are inconsiderate and unprofessional.
