Teen was referred to the office by the Pediatrician to be checked. Dr. Castro was condescending through the entire visit with an underlying tone of I don't know why you are here. Maybe she is a knowledgeable doctor but I will not recommend her to anyone as she has no bedside manners and comes off dismissive and rude. I made it clear that I didn't make the appointment out of unwarranted concerns. I am glad nothing was found. Would it have been better if something was found so she could be validated as a doctor? It was so refreshing to have a professional who knows exactly what she was talking about. Dr.Castro explained in detail everything that was going on. Thank you SO much.
The staff are very rude and unprofessional they are very sarcastic, and they make you wait 45 minutes to an hour after your appointment time. I don't recommend this office to anyone
Today I took my two children for cardiac evaluations who are autistic with some behavioral issues at times. All staff members who came into contact with my girls were professional and provided excellent care towards them both. Dr. Castro was truly amazing. She personally completed some of the testing and not only did she completely explain her findings to me but to my girls on a level that they could understand. The entire appointment went off without a hitch. If I could give Dr. Castro a 10 star review I would!
Our 15 year old daughter needs Cardiac Clearance to participate in sports. She was seen by Dr. Castro on Thursday, November 16th. The office staff had difficulty with the EKG machine. Our daughter had an Echocardiogram and all was clear. Dr. Castro gave our daughter a 24 hour heart monitor to wear. Today is November 28th and the doctor has not received the report from the heart monitor company. Thus preventing our daughter’s participation in swimming.
