No, they are disgusting taking advantage of senior citizens living in Lakeland Harbor in Lakeland, Florida. Increasing lot rents way over anyone's budget. The manager here is less than optimal at any time. We need to have Carol replaced. Re-training her will not help as she is not a "people oriented person." You cannot train that!
We haven't rented from many places but I have to say that I would recommend ELS Properties to anyone. They have been quick to respond to any questions I have and are very helpful in general. So far we have had zero problems renting with them!
