Disappointed in the function of my doors. My torsion spring jackshaft opener garage doors do not function properly. They close and hit the floor too rapidly causing the opener to think there's an obstruction and reverse directions. Thus I cant get the door to stay closed. I let El's know and they said they would return to adjust them only one time because I live too far away (they had to come because the door windows were not as I specified and new ones had to be installed.) Outstanding company to deal with! Sean and his crew showed up promptly and did a great job on the new garage door install. I am very happy with the level of work delivered.
Had 4 doors installed 2 years ago on a garage was impressed with quality of doors and the professional job of instalation I had them come back and replace the 2 doors on the house garage Another great job More than happy with job well done
