Nice apartment that I lived in for about 8 months about 2 years ago. The place changed ownership the last month before I left but there seemed no change in how I was treated. I had left in February while it was still cold outside and my furnace went out the last few weeks that I was there. The owners were kind enough to provide me with a couple of room heaters because the furnace was going to need replaced and it was going to take a couple of weeks to do the replacement.
