Was going to let them.be my hc ..interviewed 2 ladies..picked one..waiting for authorization....taking a long time..Patrick the owner calling me asking what was taking so long...turns out HE IS NOT A PROVIDER FOR MY INSURANCE....this stupid man did not even know what insurance he was a provider for and wasted 2 weeks of my time when I really needed homecare now I have to start process all over again..how incompetent could u be?????
