Here is my transparent opinion, I think the agency went through a rough patch the last couple of years, I had quite a few issues and struggles with them. But starting this year 2025, there was a change in management and my agent Dan Jacquez is the reason I give them 5 stars. Everything improved, quick response, explanations, transparency, they raised the rent AND STILL found tenant before the previous ones left, when with before it took almost 6 months. Greatly recommend them Dan Jacquez is fantastic
Hola kiero decir k Dan es un hombre irresponsable k no contesta mensajes, y es nada profesional en su trabajo, tuvimos un problema en una de sus propiedades y nos ah tratado mal hasta nos also la voz. Espero k puedan agarrar mejor gente para su oficina. Llevamos 1 año con este problema y seguimos así sin k nadie nos pueda resolver
