We have been with El Paso rentals for many years, taking care of our property. They answer my calls or text as soon as possible and efficiently, and always got our property rented quickly.
I would recommend never renting a property from this company. We’ve had major sewage block that hasn’t been dealt with properly. We have sewage backing into our bathtub and shower and no one has responded to phone calls with any information about when they will send a plumber to fix. This is the third time having this issue in 2 months
ELP Rentals have been a blessing for me and my wife. Always kind, courteous and helpful. Dan has taken care of any problems with the home we have leased from them in a timely manner. Thank you for being a great team at ELP Rentals. Sincerely Clarence and Yadira
