I needed to talk to someone about flying anxiety and he treated me like I was a junkie trying to get drugs from him. Accused me of "doctor shopping" and made me feel shameful for even asking.

I have read all the reviews here and I can see why people are polarized about Dr. Franco. To be clear upfront, he gets 5 stars from me because I value pedigree (e.g. Cleveland Clinic), experience, and confidence in the plan. I don't have a fragile ego, and value expert perspectives. I grew up in the NY area with the best doctors in the world because some of my family worked for St. Barnabas Healthcare. One of the most controlling and strangely privacy invasive intro procedures from a doc or APRN to date. Apparently, a shadowy company records everybody’s entire history of labs and scripts and if you don’t consent to all that info being pulled you will not be accepted as a patient. Weird. I am leaning towards the bad reviewers on this one.
