We just moved from NC to Thonotosassa and a few days before we left Clayton my left side hearing aid went dead. It was totally defunct. We took my device to this hearing facility and they were awesome. Walked in without an appointment. Talked with the desk clerk, Sabrina, who is the friendliest person and then she directed me to Dr. Amy Charrier. It's time to replace and upgrade my hearing aids with newer tech. They showed me 3 different outings trying out a demo pair. Thoroughly explained all the features. Made a no pressure decision and decided. Molds made, awaiting the new tech!
We have been seeing Dr. Charrier (& Sabrina) for many years for both my father and mother and have been extremely pleased with their kindness and professionalism. Even after they moved further away, we still made the trek to see them for their hearing aid needs. I would highly recommend Audiology & Hearing Center of Tampa Bay.
Dr. Amy & Ms. Sabrina have been our only providers of hearing aids & related services since my husband initially needed his hearing aids about 10 years ago. Ms. Sabrina goes above & beyond to assist with financials & filing for insurance. They make sure we get the most bang for our buck! I recently was able to purchase hearing aids that were a slightly older model, being cleared out to make room for new technology.
