Approximately five years ago, I had a dental bridge with crowns completed by Dr. Aram. The treatment process took nearly a year, as adjusting the bridge to fit my mouth structure proved difficult and outside his area of expertise. On the day the bridge was cemented, the porcelain on one of the front teeth detached. Because the bridge was already fixed, Dr. Arm repeatedly repaired the porcelain in his office rather than through a dental lab. Came here for mostly cleanings. The hygienist was fine. I only met with the dentist once. I wasn’t particularly impressed by her - I got the sense she gives very basic care. I also felt they were booking more cleanings than necessary. I moved out of state and had a difficult time requesting them to send X-rays to my new dentist. I couldn’t get a hold of them and no response. My current dentist was able to get limited info from them. Edit2: They somehow randomly booked me for an appointment many months later without any communication? Edit in response: I checked with my insurance and am fully aware that this procedure of cleaning and xrays was supposed to cost 0 dollars not 266. All basic insurances cover this fully and it's a ridiculous claim to make that this is in network. THIS IS FOR A CLEANING I REPEAT - NOT SOMETHING THAT NEEDS A PRE-ESTIMATE GENERALLY. Dr made me wait 51 minutes after the assistant sat me in the dental chair. No reason why? When we finally met, the doctor was rude and argumentative and did not address my issue. I've never been so insulted at the Dentist before. Staff laughing and carrying on in the hallway...... I think they were having a Christmas Party during business hours!!! I did not feel safe.
