This was my first time ever trying on dresses, and Kathleen absolutely nailed it. Genuinely found my dress in 20 minutes, and let me try more for fun. She was so easy to talk to and made me comfortable and heard. I thought it would be a scary experience being alone, and it felt like I had a friend with me and cheering me on. 10/10 🤍

Came to pick up my dress and was told that the cup size for the boobs would fit and it was 4 cup sizes too small and was told it could possibly be fixed during alterations. The dress would no longer look like the dress should look. They refuse to refund the dress. I’ve had problems from the first appointment. They just want you to spend more and more money but doesn’t resolve anything.

Really great experience. I had two appointments because I couldn’t make a decision during the first one, but was in LOVE with two dresses. Kathleen was super fun and high energy. And Josie was patient and had a really calming energy. I adored both of them. They really made the experience feel special and comfortable. The dress selection was amazing! I highly recommend coming here.
