Avoid at all costs -- incompetent and not dependable. Real name Stacey Poole. We paid him about three thousand dollars to install a heat pump and run new ducting in our house. Left shortly after receiving money, having done a horrible job -- ducts were left hanging, or not even connected, and the heat pump wasn't even installed correctly! After he got the money, he said he'd come back. Once he got tired of making excuses as to why he wasn't here, he stopped returning phone calls. That was about three years ago.
