AAPHC’s need to work on time management. Love Dr. Copeland but the wait time was ridiculous. I arrived to my appointment 15min early, my appt was at 1:30pm. No one in the waiting room when I arrived. Can’t say how many was in the back but there wasn’t many cars in the parking lot. I was placed into a room at 1:40. The doctor didn’t come in until 2:42. I’ve been a patient of Dr Sheena Favors since moving to Albany about a year ago, The place was lively front desk was amazing my last visit which was about a year ago The Dr is GREAT! The front desk staff it was only 1 there today and boy is she in the wrong field to be dealing with prenatal patients. I went here after moving from Columbus for treatment and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’m trying to get treatment and the doctor Laura pulled up a medical recommendation report on her phone while im visibly upset and in tears. She denied to do anything else . The receptionist is rude. I walked to the other facility on palmyra to speak to the head person, I spoke to someone and she acted as if she understood what I needed and was told he’d contact me. I was never contacted by him.
