The price and the initial communication was great for my roof replacement. I ended up with a 2 tone roof which I did not ask for. The company insisted that their was no difference in color on my front & back awning but pictures show otherwise. They ran out of shingles and went to purchase more. I understand you felt there were two different shingles used on 4/7 and I see notes of our CSR who verified with Production your shingles were the same and our last note shows we provided you the actual receipts from our supplier showing what you had was the same throughout the roof. This took place on 4/17. We appreciate you completing your contract terms upon receipt of this information and please let us know if we can be of further assistance in the future!
