We had a great experience with Elo. From start to finish they had the process super optimized. They guided us through the claim process with the insurance accurately and it was approved quickly. Most of the installation of the roof took a day, waited for the inspection of the county, and then completed the rest in an evening. Very clean job and organized execution. The person I dealt with Dustin Richards was extremely knowledgeable and helped me with my needs and concerns. When I need to replace my roof, he will be my first call. totally satisfied !!!
Dustin came to evaluate the damage to my roof and put a work order immediately. Dylan expedited the repair and made sure our roof was repaired the next day. The men who made the repair gave us a seamless repair. If I could get a higher rating I would.
