Sam keeps mailing me crap in the mail, if I need a roofing company I will find my own!
I called ELO roofing for some wind damages I had during the winter storm. Robert Osborne and Victoria Rodriguez fool great care of me. From explaining all that needed to be done and doing extra inspection around my house to inform me of possible issues that may arise. Billing was easy and taken care of by Victoria, and any questions were answered quickly by a follow up email or call. I would definitely use them again.
Sam was great! Very personable, responsive, and helpful. Victoria was also truly valuable, providing information and answering all my questions throughout the process!
We had a positive experience in replacing our roof with Elo Roofing. Both Dan our project manager and Jay our foreman were very professional. It was a pleasure to work with both of them. We appreciated their timely responses to our concerns and their thoroughness on the job site.
Awesome company - extremely professional team from sales to customer service. They went above and beyond to provide information and follow- up. Additionally Victoria Rodriguez and Dustin Richards provided excellent customer service and it was appreciated.
