Worst experience I have ever had with a doctor and his practice
Dr.Elner did surgery twice on me Very professional knowledgeable
My husband went to Doctor Victor. He did eye surgery on him. The results were terrible . He has since gone to another doctor who at present time is trying to fix what he did. He is arrogant and uncaring. I have nothing good to say about him. The wait time is inhumane. He never apologizes for keeping you waiting for 3 hours. Praying that this new doctor can fix the meds that Doctor Victor caused.
Dr Elner is tremendous and has been extremely professional treating my xanthogranuloma the past 20 years. He has constantly kept me informed and active with treatment options. Dr Elner has involved multiple other departments when necessary. Anyone that complains about the time spent in Kellogg Eye Center needs to remember that patients are sent there because of rare and complex issues. Dr Elner is a blessing for me to have crossed paths with
He was arrogant and condescending. He did not read any of the paperwork sent over by my Endocrinologist. It would of been helpful to know prior to the appointment that I would be in the office for four (4!) hours.
