Difficult to reach to the doctor for any clarification when required, there should have a way to communicate in email explaining the issue and get feedback.
They didn't respect the appointments.
Vraiment pas fort, la médecin Mme Fatimah n’est pas disponible pour voir les résultats de radio de mon enfant reçu depuis plus que 24h, il n’y pas d’autres médecin non plus….nous avons toujours une mauvaise expérience avec la même médecin, Pas contre très satisfait avec notre médecin Madame Mimrane, mais aussitôt qu’elle est en congé on est mal pris ….
Horrible horrible experience more than once. The receptionists are the worst, they all suffer from god complex syndrome. Very rude on the phone, didn’t help us at all, not compassionate at all. They finally told me go to the hospital for my 9 year old. There are better clinics out there , do yourself a favor and go there …
Amazing clinic, was able to get an emergency appointment for my baby daughter within 30 mins and left with a pediatrician as well! The receptionists are very kind and I never wait on hold for long. Very good medical service 👍 so grateful
