All I have to say is great service very friendly and smiling face at the reception she is very polite and humble I asked her about negative reviews because I was scared honestly but she explained really well sometimes ppl don't check their spam or junk mails I received my test within 15 hours
THE WORST CLINIC FOR TRAVEL COVID TESTING It has been 6 days since our covid test at their newmarket location at 17730 Leslie and we never got the results. They will not answer their phone and refuse to reply to emails. It is so disappointing to know clinics are allowed to operate like this in Ontario. They are not reliable at all, seems like all they care about is getting the money upfront without ever releasing the test results. Had an appointment confirmation within minutes for a test within 2hrs. Elna Medical provided my result in less than 24hrs. The testing site was clean and personnel very professional. I have recommended a number of individuals to this location.
Please don't expect your appointment to be on time. Prepare to wait in a long line up outside. Line up earlier than the 15 mins suggested time. If there are any questions or concerns i.e. receipt, ask when you are in the office. Most importantly, don't believe anyone or any signs that are posted that you will receive your test results within 24 hrs. More like 3-4 days.
