Terrible management! Property manager doesn’t know the law and consistently violates tenants rights.
Elan North is an amazing place to live. The value and the location can not be beat. If you are looking for a place to rent reach out to Candi the property manager she will take great care of you. Can not say enough great things about Elan North Apartments

I recommend you read reviews from various websites. Yelp, Apartmentratings.com and others. Why are there so many 1 or 2 Star reviews? My reason for moving here was not the complex or apartment itself. After living in AZ for several years, I needed cooler temps, a coastal breeze. Other complexes in the area did not have vacancies at the time I was looking. There are now newer, better and QUALITY options in the area!
