I’ve lived here three years. Excellent staff and leasing office. Maintenance is great too. Very friendly, quiet and respectful place. Good breeze, good sun and the park right below is awesome. Dog friendly and convenient to other locations and close to the gym.
Don't rent here unless you're desperate. The water is constantly being shut off, the fire alarms go off constantly for testing. Homeless people live in the laundry room. The front gate is broken so no door dash or Amazon deliveries. As I'm typing this it's 7am and the fire alarms have been going off for the past half hour and nobody shut them off yet. There's no fire. Just gross incompetence.
