The staff here is negligent. They cheaply do repairs around the homes and will nickel and dime you on everything. They are impossible to get a hold of and it takes months for repairs. There is a loud and obnoxious woman that lives here that is loud and will harass you with tasks and bully you if you refuse, at times following you into your home. This is a nice place, its close to the beach and thats what you pay for. When I first moved here, I had to take the place without ever seeing the apartment and was told I couldnt because NONE were ready for showing, which was upsetting because I was out of town and wanted my friends to see the place and if it would fit my stuff.
