Love the complex is clean and quiet. BUT THE APARTMENT ARE HORRIBLE THEY ARE SO HOT YOU CAN BE THERE. UNITS HAVE 1 AC IN THE LEAVING ROOM NAKE NO SENCE COOLING WON'T REA H THE ROOMS IS JUST TERRIBLE . THEY NEED TO CONE IP WITH SOMETHING BETTER FOR TENANTS TO STAY
I have been here for around a year now, so I just wanted to give my thoughts. I have no issues with the unit or the surrounding area. My unit (1 bd) is fairly spacious, and the appliances are decent. The maintenance team is quick if there is an issue and it’s nice and quiet for the most part. The amenities are good; the gym has the essentials (free weights, rowing machine, treadmill, elliptical, and resistance machine), there is also a pool (haven’t used it). Lived here a year and I’ll make it straight to the point - a leak or overflowing water from every wall, room, appliance, etc. - took two weeks for them to replace my broken dishwasher - physically cried to the apartment manager about how I am uncomfortable by my next door neighbor that repeatedly stops and stands in front of my window, has a dog that physically attacked my dog and multiple others, and called my husband and I a list of names I do not even feel comfortable repeating on here. - laundry has been stolen multiple ... read more
The worst manager and team possible my sink was leaking for 5 months before they fixed it. The manager is horrible
