MY 4 YEAR OLD SEVERELY AUTISTIC SON AND I WERE ASSAULTED AT THE SWIMMING POOL BY A VIOLENT NEIGHBOR. I told the office and they have done nothing to ensure safety for all of the children who live here in the future. They did at least tell my downstairs neighbors to stop banging on the ceiling every time my kids made a little bit of noise. Love the complex is clean and quiet. BUT THE APARTMENT ARE HORRIBLE THEY ARE SO HOT YOU CAN BE THERE. UNITS HAVE 1 AC IN THE LEAVING ROOM NAKE NO SENCE COOLING WON'T REA H THE ROOMS IS JUST TERRIBLE . THEY NEED TO CONE IP WITH SOMETHING BETTER FOR TENANTS TO STAY
I have been here for around a year now, so I just wanted to give my thoughts. I have no issues with the unit or the surrounding area. My unit (1 bd) is fairly spacious, and the appliances are decent. The maintenance team is quick if there is an issue and it’s nice and quiet for the most part. The amenities are good; the gym has the essentials (free weights, rowing machine, treadmill, elliptical, and resistance machine), there is also a pool (haven’t used it).
