Beautiful community. Staff is very nice. The office is so sweet and they have a beautiful clubhouse if you ever need it. There is a gym and business center. The pool is super cute and clean. The few times I've needed maintence, they are so polite and quick to address anything. You would never know you are near any main roads. I’ve lived in this complex for over two years, paying $3,500 a month for a 2-bedroom unit. Paying rent each month on time at that!!! My experience here has been deeply disappointing and, frankly, feels like a scam. When it came time for me to move out, I specifically requested a walk-through, which was never scheduled or completed. Now, just days after moving, I receive an invoice claiming I owe over $1,000 for carpet replacement and other add-ons.
