Beautiful community. Staff is very nice. 100% the most quiet and serene apartment community I've ever lived in! Maintenance is so kind and dependable. Too bad a couple of lazy residents can't bend over to pick up their pets' poop. Literally only a couple of units make a huge stink (literally). The only community staffing issue is that they dont work weekends. Can't ask office anything on weekend and no business center access. I went in looking for a ground floor apartment and specifically made that point clear. Michelle who was the nice young lady that helped me said they had one available the date that I needed to move in. Completed my application and got a call in the morning from the manager stating they had rented the apartment already and tried to get me to rent on the 2nd or 3rd floor. This is bate and switch, Glad I read the numerous negative reviews...

This apartment complex swears they are the DMV wanting an active registration, literally all we wanted was to have the cars with no permit removed, now some of us residents who are struggling to barely make rent have to be worried about being towed because we cant afford high insurance rates! We boycott this complex or take them to small claims!

I’ve been living in this apartment complex for over a while now, and I have to say, the parking situation is absolutely terrible. It’s a first-come, first-served setup, which sounds fine in theory, but in practice, it’s a nightmare. There are simply not enough spaces for the number of vehicles we have here, and it feels like a constant game of musical chairs. Love Love love the new manager she is sincere and has heart for people very professional and customer service is a great! Maintenance is also awesome quick fast in and out and cleans up after their work. The staff always follows up after a work order. People that complain will never be happy especially when they’re the cause of their own problems just looking for someone to blame! I would have stayed but got a job offer in Texas.
