This apartment complex swears they are the DMV wanting an active registration, literally all we wanted was to have the cars with no permit removed, now some of us residents who are struggling to barely make rent have to be worried about being towed because we cant afford high insurance rates! We boycott this complex or take them to small claims!
I’ve been living in this apartment complex for over a while now, and I have to say, the parking situation is absolutely terrible. It’s a first-come, first-served setup, which sounds fine in theory, but in practice, it’s a nightmare. There are simply not enough spaces for the number of vehicles we have here, and it feels like a constant game of musical chairs. Love Love love the new manager she is sincere and has heart for people very professional and customer service is a great! Maintenance is also awesome quick fast in and out and cleans up after their work. The staff always follows up after a work order. People that complain will never be happy especially when they’re the cause of their own problems just looking for someone to blame! I would have stayed but got a job offer in Texas.
Not worth what they charge. Lived here for 2 years and do not recommend for the following reasons: 1. When we first moved in, there were all kinds of things wrong with the place including a huge hole under the sink. My curious cat found the hole and was gone for a few hours. When I called management for help, they said it wasn’t their problem and that our cat was probably gone for good. 2. Don’t expect any of your deposit back because they will take it all.
