I moved in July of 2019 and moved out July 2023. Upon move in the place hadn’t been properly cleaned but I didn’t complain just cleaned it myself. We had constant issues with roaches and spiders. Management is a joke. I think during my time there they went through 4-5 managers. Maintenance is non-existent and if you complain enough they will send someone who doesn’t speak English to “fix” the problem. During my last year there were so many pipe issues. If you want to live in a overpriced unit with laundry machines that never work and charge you 5 bucks to complete one load than look no further! Maintenance never comes when you need them. They usually will have to "Check with their Supervisor before". Management is a joke and is never able to be reached unless you are trying to pay them then they magically are able to make appointments or answered your call.
