Ignore the previous reviews. This place is under new management. I lived there for a year and a half and everything was amazing. Fantastic management and affordable compared to many places and so close to the beach. I was heartbroken I had to leave.

Elan is a horrible company don't do it
Renting anything from Elan is a recipe for disaster. Im so glad to hear they are being investigated. This company ruins lives.
