I have lived there for more than 3 years and I have never experienced such an inflexible management. They don't care about their tenants at all and I've had so many painful conversations for minor wishes, that were usually not going anywhere. Their tactic was often times to say "not possible" followed by some made up excuse followed by no more answer. Ignore the previous reviews. This place is under new management. I lived there for a year and a half and everything was amazing. Fantastic management and affordable compared to many places and so close to the beach. I was heartbroken I had to leave.
