I give honest feedback to provide owners to take action to be better for future potential tenants but I would not recommend living here. Management does nothing to enforce the non-smoking policy, and the apartments constantly smell like cigarette smoke. For a community advertised as non-smoking, this is completely unacceptable. The worst experience I’ve had living anywhere in my life. Paul Baker evicted me 23 days after I gave birth to my first child due to not being able to pay rent on time for one month. He would not work with me whatsoever to receive payment of any kind in any form or amount. Evil company. Very nice residents. Nothing luxury about the units or building or property so I’m unsure why that’s advertised. Homeless and garbage everywhere. Beware living here, I saw a ton of unit turnovers in my less than 1.5 years here.
