unbelievable Friday at work all day at 8/23/24 they tried to tow my car in my parking spot with my sticker on the windshield . now it is the sticker off my old truck but have received my new plates yet from the dealership to even register my new 2024 Toyota. with elan apt. If it wasn't for the kid that knocked on my door to let me know they where towing on a Friday night.Elan manager they have my cell number couldn't they just called me and gave me a heads up. There's one problem with Elan .......the management! The townhomes are great, but nope when it comes to who's running the place. There's a reason everyone moved out. Just a couple years ago I paid $2400/mo rent now it's way up there, closer to $3000. Booo Elan booo
Wow, I just realized I’ve never actually felt so negatively about a place that I’ve lived. This community is absolutely in shambles, my neighbor hasn’t had a functioning oven or shower in over a week, there have been multiple disruptions by tenants daily since I have moved in including an outwardly racist couple, as well as management overall just neglecting tenants’ needs and safety. I remember a couple months back our maintenance guy getting chewed out for doing something unsatisfactory to a tenant’s unit. Goes to show how... read more
