Wanted to tour here because the virtual tours of the unit looked good + location, but never heard back from anyone. Can’t imagine the experience gets better as a resident.
Had a tour scheduled at 12pm. Property manager no-showed us. They called an hour later and asked if we could come back. Scheduled for 2pm. They no-showed AGAIN!!!! The absolute disrespect. Wouldn’t waste your time trying to rent here— if they can’t even make it for a tour and respect people, I can’t imagine how awful they are to their tenants and following through on requests. Seems the reviews reflect my assumptions here!
One word GROSS. If you like living with mice, termites, bugs, loud construction, and a lazy property manager this is the perfect spot for you. This place is so unkept and keeps going from one terrible management company to another. Plus construction is so loud across the street you’ll get zero peace. They operate all day and sometimes at night. I’ve literally felt my unit floor move from the construction. All in all don’t live here Pros: Location: Great area, close to the beach super safe. Maintenance : Eric is nice and very helpful addresses issues quickly. Unit: No downstairs or upstairs neighbors. Price: Very affordable for Encinitas. Cons: Everything else. Management : No one is ever in the office. First red flag. So don't expect them to be quick or helpful with anything.
