Be very careful dealing with these people. Once they take your money, good luck getting it back. Constant lies, excuses and different stories every time you call. Extremely dishonest and unprofessional. We dealt with mould, damp and pest issues for months and nothing was properly fixed. The property was dirty, poorly maintained and full of ongoing problems that were constantly ignored. My garbage disposal was broken and I called on a Sunday assuming that I wouldn’t get any help until maybe Monday, but Alexander Barraza answered the phone and was over my house within 15 minutes. He fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. I tried to offer him a check and he would not take it. He was so professional and his integrity for his job was beyond amazing. We have a new management company and the property manager, Alma, is killing it!! Lovely young woman who is ambitious and eager to do her job. I am so pleased with her performance as are other tenants here!
We had a fantastic experience renting an apartment through Elan Paseo Vista, and Alma, the assistant community manager, has been wonderful. She’s always prompt in responding to emails and very cooperative. The apartment they provided for my mom is beautiful, and the whole process has been hassle free. We highly recommend them!
The maintenance man is amazing and the only good thing about these apartments. Good luck trying to get in contact with the office if you need anything. They wont answer phones, respond to emails, or be there.
