I have lived at this property for almost 4 years and I love it here! The location is fantastic, with proximity to hiking trails with amazing views. The Property Management team are the friendliest folks I have ever worked with, and they've done a great job maintaining and upgrading the property. I highly recommend the Overlook!

I have lived in the 1 bedroom and now the 2 bedroom, I absolutely love this place!!! It feels like a hidden gem perched at the top of a hill. The grounds are immaculate, and our pool has the vibe of a luxury resort. Every day I step out my front door to an incredible view and friendly neighbors that make me love my life. Living at Elan Overlook in Laguna Niguel has been a truly enjoyable experience the last 5 years. The location is ideal close to beaches, hiking trails, and great dining spots, yet tucked away enough to feel private and serene. I have had a great experience living here! Desiree, the property manager is very friendly and helpful, quick to respond and eager to help. Frank helps maintain the property and my apartment with professionalism and very friendly manners. When I need to fix something, they get things resolved in 1-2 days. The community is always clean. The parking spaces are easy to find. There is a very beautiful ocean view hiking trail right next to the community which is a huge bonus living here.
