We were told that the pool would be closed for 4-6 weeks back in October. It has now been closed for over six months with no end in sight, nor any details as to why.
Living here has been a dream! The property is always kept, clean and so quiet! Parking is the absolute best which is hard to come by for an apartment complex. Neighbors here are friendly, polite and you feel so safe. The office and maintenance staff are so kind and friendly and quick to address anything needed. You absolutely feel like home when you’re here. Definitely staying here long term!
I love this community !!! The property Manager, Desiree Galindo, is professional and pleasant, which makes it easier when you have an issue with the home. I have some minor technical issues and they were promptly addressed. Kudos to Frank, the maintenance person. He promptly attends to the work orders given by Desiree. This is such a great location and I also love my neighbors. Great experience living here!!🌻💖
This management team is doing a great job keeping all the common areas clean, bushes are trimmed regularly, garages are kept clean and lit for safety. I love the view. It is so close to the seaview trail. The best place to stay. Kind, efficient and prompt service we all enjoy. Great place to call home!
Our family members have been residents for nearly two years. The property is in a great location, is well maintained, and is very well managed. The on-site property manager, Desiree, is a gem!!! She is quick to respond to any questions or requests, is very helpful, and is always cheerful and upbeat! She goes out of her way to say 'hello' and has made our family feel most welcomed and wanted.
