This place should really get 1 star but I gave it because it truly is a great location. Close to the beach, biking trails, among other things. However all the positives stop there. I've had packages stolen from my front door, and I report to the office and they say call the police. For a $20 package, really? Call and get laughed at as they have better things to do then stop porch pirates on private property. Cannot put in a Ring camera as they are not allowd. so basically just get to get robbed if I want to order a package. ... read more
I have been a tenant for almost 4 years and will renew next month. I did have some issues and started looking for a new location but could not find anything near the beach at this price. But thankfully, there have been changes with management over the past 2 months and I will be very honest that I have noticed a vast improvement in the communication and a lot of activity recently to make repairs and eliminate issues. Marci & Lisbeth in the office are fantastic. Super responsive & helpful! I had an issue with the lock on my front door that required immediate attention and Marci had it fixed within an hour.
Thank you for the wonderful tour today, Marci. It's made a already complex decision so much easier. I left feeling confident in my choices and the decision to choose these apartments as my family's future home.
