Not the best place place to live, although it is cheaper than most of the area, you deal with terrible management and a rotating management as there’s a new faces in the leasing office every month. The parking situation is horrendous!! Aside from paying rent you still have to pay third party to get a parking pass!
The apartment we visited friends was 2 bedroom, dark. Kitchen appliances new. The tiny patio had a tall brick wall so no sun or light came in. The walkway passes by the bedroom. Not a good structure!
Leasing office is very predatory and full of liars. They told us (I’ve lived here now three years) that new reserved parking spots were coming and to be given out on first come first served basis for free about a year ago. Fast forward to now (finally they can’t accomplish anything in a timely manner) they are now charging them for one hundred extra dollars a month for an uncovered spot and acting like they never said it to begin with. Predatory towing is crazy. Having a parking permit expire for 2 hours and towing at 2AM is wild work.
I had an email-confirmed appointment for a 1:00 PM tour on Sunday, 6/21. When I arrived, the leasing agent told me she was about to go to lunch and that they were short-staffed because her colleague hadn't shown up for work. She asked me to come back at 2:00 PM and said she would give me the tour then. Okay. I shifted my day and came back at 2:00 PM as requested.
