The property managers are the worst and tried to charge me an extra 750 saying I left the apartment trashed, which was a total lie I have no kids or pets and I was gone for 6 months. These people are sketchy please beware, worst place I've ever rented in san Diego county. They also have a huge spider and termite problem that they refuse to deal with can't tell you how many times a spider would make a web on my door frame that I would walk into.

Any good review here has got to be fake..... I lived here for a whole year and I'm serious when I say worst Property Management Company EVER! I've lived in North County SD all my life and have rented from many other property management company's. Most of the company's aren't bad. Most property management company's take care of the property and their renters. The management is run by Ida Tedrick, she is a total liar and will do anything to keep her job blaming all the residents for her incompetence.
