Looks like after storm fix some parts. Is a little place. For short term.
The management is just as disgusting as the complex. Drug addicts and loud fights in the parking lot . police/ fire trucks/ paramedics have been on location 10 times in 7 days. Expensive trashy place to live.
It’s not worth it!! Don’t live here unless you’re okay with mold growing everywhere. Every other bad review is true too, and don’t believe management when they try to blame it on residents, especially since the only common denominator is a mismanaged property that is falling apart. Plus you definitely won’t get your security deposit back.
The property managers are the worst and tried to charge me an extra 750 saying I left the apartment trashed, which was a total lie I have no kids or pets and I was gone for 6 months. These people are sketchy please beware, worst place I've ever rented in san Diego county. They also have a huge spider and termite problem that they refuse to deal with can't tell you how many times a spider would make a web on my door frame that I would walk into.
