I had a great experience living in Elan Avante, the leasing office always handled my needs and followed up via phone call to make sure things were done. They have a lovely staff and easily accessible laundry rooms and even a nice pool and a jacuzzi. I would recommend anyone to live here, they have great staff, and it is a great location!

Living at this complex was an incredibly frustrating experience. The most concerning issue is the cockroach infestation despite repeated calls to management, pest control is minimal at best, and the problem persists throughout the property. Nearly everything in the unit breaks or malfunctions, from plumbing that clogs constantly to appliances that seem to fail weekly. I lived here in a 1 bed 1 bath from Aug 2022 to 2023 and take my advice when I say DO NOT RENT HERE! I ended up here as a last resort and I did not tour the place before hand. I will give you a detailed rundown as why you should AVOID THIS PLACE WITH ALL COSTS. First of all, the apartment faces a main street and there are no double paned windows, so you can legit hear everything that goes on in the streets. Office management keeps changing, power outages in building always a problem, very old building, hallways smells like trash(just walk through building to see) and much more.
