Very bizarre interaction. At first, when I left a message. I received a call back from Dr. Elliott right away. I was stunned and happily made an appointment. I was told that I couldn't schedule an appointment for my husband, but no biggie, he would call and schedule. My husband called and left a few voicemails, two weeks go by and no response. I have had Dr Frederick Elliot as a doctor for about 7 years, he’s a great doctor, very thorough, easy to talk to. He listens and genuinely cares. Any issue I have ever had is taken care of. If he can’t help personally he will refer you to someone who can. He doesn’t make empty promises. I feel welcomed and comfortable when I’m there, Anne, his receptionist is sweet and attentive as well. He’s one of the best doctors in my opinion.
I've been seeing Dr Elliott for so many years that I lost count. I can speak first hand how genuine, authentic, caring, attentive & smart this man is. He not only cares about his patients but he passes ZERO judgement & puts you 1st. His office manager is also very kind & attentive, enough good things can't be said about her... If he is taking on new patients it would be a huge mistake to pass on Dr Elliott. Great man that has a passion for what he does & truly cares. Highly recommended
