Received a renewal during Covid-19 with an 18% rent INCREASE. Was told “management can charge what they want”, and when a manager followed up they proposed 8% when my previous renewals have been 3% increases.
I would HIGHLY not recommend this place. Management is not involved, look who owns the company, and PM is HORRIBLE about communication. Received a renewal with an 18% rent INCREASE - have messaged the Property Manager with no response. When you call the # it does not allow you to ‘leave a message, representative will call you back’. You end up being hung up - this is poor communication from a property that should be on top of communications especially during a pandemic.
