I have been waiting for over 7 months for a key to my mailbox. Nobody cares about you here. This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in and that says a lot as I am 62 years old. Bad plumbing, leaky roofs, leaking pipes, cockroaches. You name it... the worst. All they want is the rent. It's a run-down place and not even that affordable considering. Neighbors don't speak English so hard to communicate. Can't wait until my lease is up.
We lived in this apartment for more than 3 years. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, not even to my worse enemy. Management is crappy, the people in their NYC office are so rude and bunch of lairs. They will try to take all your deposit when you move out. Throughout my entire stay, they never maintained anything. whenever you call them they will take forever to respond and yet will not do anything about it. their apartments are very dirty with cheap cabinets and everything.
