Being a customer for several years (over a decade!) their professionalism and attention to detail is excellent never less than excellent. I mostly go to Elmwood Spa for massages and birthdays celebrations.
Elmwood Spa never disappoints. I have been a guest for years, and I have invited a number of friends and family- we always have an excellent experience. I definitely want to highlight Jeremy in the dining room. It’s very rare to receive such great service, he made sure that I had everything I needed and he was genuinely happy to help.
A real gem!
We were really excited about our couple’s massage and wanted to love our experience. Unfortunately, despite the great massage therapists, the vibe of the check-out and the manager was off. We had called to confirm if direct billing was available before booking and they confirmed. After our treatments, we were told during the check-out that one of our RMTs was new and not registered with direct billing yet, so we had to pay on the spot and claim on our own.
