Great facility and service.
This was the first time getting my hair done at Elmwood. I enjoyed the experience, and the service was good. I liked the hot towel, the coffee during my processing time, and my soft hair. Would do it again!
We went to this spa for water therapies and the experience was deeply disappointing. The water therapies package just gives you access to a swimming pool, a hot tub, a steam room and a weird seating area. The space is very brightly illuminated and gives hospital vibes. The grout is visibly dirty and the space looks overall very beaten up. It smells a little musty. Checking in and out was also unnecessarily cumbersome. Elmwood falls short of a relaxing spa experience. The facilities are tired and really are in need of revamping. The massage room was old, run down and pretty unappealing. The facial room was the same. The women's change rooms were nice. The lockers are musty smelling from the jacuzzi being inside of the change rooms. There are only cold beverages offered, no hot tea or coffee like at any other spa. There is literally nothing offered to you asides from water for a full 5 hour spa day. This was very disappointing.
