Second year living with Elmwood while going to the U because they are just that great. Management is helpful, maintenance is responsive, and they have some really high quality living options with new upgrades. By far the best choice for affordability, location, and a low-stress apartment at school!

my wife and i have lived at 1100 como ave going on 5 years now and have only good things to say about the mgmt, the owner (craig janssen) and our neighbors. whenever we have needed something repaired or replaced the response time has been excellent as well as the quality of the workmanship. the owner of Elmwood properties (craig janssen) is one of the most decent, fair minded people i have ever met. he is also without equal the best landlord we have dealt with in at least 10 years. anyone looking to live with elmwood estates... read more
