The location is great. The neighbors aren’t great. They’re relatively cheap for the area, but still seem to feel overpriced considering how outdated they are. Overall, I’d say my only real issue is the neighbors because it seems the police show up here quite often and there’s a more noise than I would find acceptable.
Good option for hardworking, people to live within a small budget and save money. Honest landlord. Always responds to reasonable questions and concerns as soon as possible.
