When you call to reserve an Apt. Unit for a family of 2 Adults and 6 children (ages 5-16) and are promptly told that was "too many kids"...and STILL shut down after inquiring about 2 Units instead of the one! Even though one unit sleeps 6? Will definitely be letting others know to look elsewhere if more than 2 children are in the party.
Great location - very close to OOB and The Pier. Family friendly motel and cottages.
We absolutely love staying here! Jane and Ray and Irene are great people! We always stay here when they are open and have a cabin available! Everyone is very friendly and polite! These are just some of the many pictures we have taken here and while here!
It is a very beautiful place. Well kept clean and very friendly. A good family fun place. Good place for kids . I will be coming back again next year too. 5 star

I can't express enough how much my family and I enjoyed our stay here. My wife stayed here as a little girl in the early 80s for several summer vacations so we thought our kids should. The other guests were amazing, the staff here is extremely accommodating, the cabins are super clean and the grounds are well kept. This was one of the best choices for vacation we ever made.
