Nothing but problems with this surgery. Can never get through on the phone. Was on hold to them for 4 hours on Monday, my call was "first in the queue". Tuesday and Wednesday they switched the phone lines off, no option to speak to anyone. All I need is a repeat prescription review phone call with a GP. Now out of medication and suffering as a result. No idea how they get away with it. So glad my NI is being used well.
My mum and dad have been with this practice 40 years im disgusted lately how they have been treated no care or compassion any more doctors can't get you out of room quick enough your being told you have 10mins. Home visit for my dad was about 3mins and told they needed to go back and read notes before given prescription a 3min visit for a patient in late stages of dementia unwell and prone to infection which causes further deterioration.
