If I could give 0 star, I would. I called and asked a genuine question and the receptionist literally screamed at me over the phone for no reason and hung up on me. I was calm, cool, collective and she was literally raging, threatened me with the police. I have never in my life had such a terrible encounter with a medical professional. She should be fired and this place should be shut down, like yesterday.

Best urgent care in buffalo. Came here after Well Now informed me that they didn’t have an in-person provider. The Dr was very kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. Nurse was HILARIOUS. I will come here from now on for my urgent care needs.
This is NOT the Immediate Care urgent care that everyone is familiar with in WNY. Upon showing up, there were no other cars. It didn't appear busy at all, as I was expecting. I went ahead anyway because the person I was with needed to be seen. Turned out, this place is located in the basement of the basement and is in no way affiliated or associated with the other Immediate Care urgent care centers in WNY.
