This is NOT the Immediate Care urgent care that everyone is familiar with in WNY. Upon showing up, there were no other cars. It didn't appear busy at all, as I was expecting. I went ahead anyway because the person I was with needed to be seen. Zero stars, I was in there in 2021 for pregnancy morning sickness, they charged me for the visit and I was so sick I just paid it. They also asked for my insurance information. Come to find out they were paid by independent health for the visit and also by me. I contacted them several times with no response. I did finally get a hold of a rude receptionist who I got no where with. I also left a message for Bill? In the billing dept. I called back many times and it would go to voice mail.
