I had a very disappointing experience working for this company. Unfortunately, the workplace lacked professionalism and adequate leadership. There were continuous problems with the administration that did not respond to calls and concerns, which made it difficult to do my job effectively. I also witnessed inappropriate behavior in the workplace, including supervisors drinking alcohol during working hours and talking openly negatively about staff members, including nurses, CNAs and even patients. The worst home care services around. My grandmother was under their care and needed wound care done. Nursing staff showed up multiple times without ANY supplies. They said they “ordered” them, but when we called to ask about the status, we found out after 10 days that they were never ordered. Luckily, I am a nurse and was able to buy the appropriate supplies myself. I don’t understand how a nurse shows up to complete wound care without ANY supplies.
