Wow how absolutely unacceptable as a home care agency they are EXTREMELY unprofessional. If you have a loved one PLEASE PLEASE be careful because they do not care they are known violators of the laws surrounding home care and on top of it all they GOSSIP about their clients.
The service of this home care agency is unprofessional and distasteful. They left my grandmother without a CNA for 5 DAYS because of misinformation they are sharing amongst themselves. Be cautious when hiring them for your loved ones as they show no compassion or care to neither their clients or their families. Awful company, please do better.
WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! The front staff is not professional at all. They lie about information and leave clients without care with no notice. They are careless including the manager.
The worst company to work for. They have the least qualified people around. They don't call you to speak clearly about what's going on. They're incompetent and disrespectful. They're gossips who spend their time gossiping in the office instead of getting to work and learning something new. Patients should find another place to take their case, since they spend their time badmouthing patients to each other.
