Been over 30 days since I have moved out, several calls and voice mails left on their financial extension and still the owner Marc has not gotten back to me for my security deposit.

WORST MANAGEMENT EVER!.... The landlord has waited over 3 months to return my security deposit. The apartment was left in immaculate condition. I have sent numerous letters and more than 50 phone calls with ZERO response. I am owed over $1,200 and if I do not get a response within the next 5 business days, I will escalate this complaint and take legal action.

I have been living at elmwood heights for just under a year and would highly recommend this apartment building for the working class and students the management has been great and i plan to renew my lease for another year

I highly recommend trying out this apartment complex. Reason for this? Due to new property management and several new repair the apartment complex is getting back to its roots as one of the leading apartment complex in Buffalo, NY. At one point the property was severaly damaged, including broken bathrooms and damaged drying machines. Though the complex still needs a little more times to be repaired, I highly recommend calling or trying out the complex.

i wass so hapey in my apartment i wass trerat like king i now my next door was a nasty person and allways found complans and now day changd all the nasty ons to better ons and i am sow happy

Poor Property Management - Forget About Your Deposit I lived at this property for two years. It was incredibly poorly maintained (the laundry room was particularly filthy). Furthermore, while the property manager has told the landlord to return my deposit in full, it's been almost six months, no money, no return calls. Stay away from this property.
