Alisha was so horrible and rude and pretty much all of the people I dealt with here are rude when it came to help me with my vehicle Dede even worse and passive aggressive and condescending. Scott however was trying to problem solve. The way that I felt disrespected and not addressed properly is mind boggling. Definitely take my business elsewhere.
I was looking for a particular truck and I found it at Elmwood. I don't typically enjoy dealing with sales people. Then I met Jeremy. Not pushy at all. He couldn't be more helpful he was very easy to deal with and just a down to earth guy. I give him 10 Stars. I hope service and repairs are as smooth and helpful as the sale. Thanx again Jeremy.
Just dropped $888 on replacing a battery and back-up battery. Was not informed that labor costs are $200/hr nor was I informed that the minimum turn-around time is 2 days. Be ready for a $25 surcharge if you don't pay in cash.
