Had a good experience. Attentive staff, great waiting
Since I gave my car for service there , my car started giving me issue . I have never had issue since I bought the car. I have been calling them non stop and they never respond. I paid an amount for my break pads to be changed they give me a very weird sound as if they were never changed . Temperature of the car keeps going very high . I finally called yesterday after work they advise they close at 6 and Saturday at 2 . I work from 7:00-6:00 . Even the windshield wipers light is on , they did not replace the water.
Elmwood completely outdid themselves with five star service. Vinny our sales representative worked tirelessly to get us the best deal on a new Grand Cherokee. He was knowledgeable in all areas and was very personable. He also worked around our schedules staying late to accommodate us. Would highly recommend getting your next vehicle here.
