I recently purchased my first Jeep Wrangler from Matt at Elmwood. He was great to work with and answered all of the MANY questions I had about the Wrangler. Unlike previous dealerships I'd been to, I never felt pressured to buy. Bill, the finance manager was able to give me many options for financing, as well as options for extended warranties. I'm extremely happy with the sales and financing experience, as well as the Jeep Wrangler Sahara I chose.
Bought a 2025 ram 1500. My dream truck. Everything went smooth until I actually had ownership. A week after I purchased I went to have it ppf wrapped and the guy showed me a lot of damage that was hard to see unless you really looked for it. Elmwood fixed it but they scratched my truck while doing so. They’ve only “buffed it” the 3 times I brought it there to have it “fixed” which it did nothing to help. It’s too deep. I am very disappointed with the service I received here. I purchased my Jeep in 2018 in full and have had service here since then with no issues. Last month I brought the Jeep in for an inspection and was having issues with the vehicle starting up/stalling when driving. I explained this to them and they told me they couldn't replicate the sound and it passed inspection at the end of June.
