My lease was up, went into the dealership to discuss options. When going over pricing we finally agreed on one. However I walked from the desk to the finance office, all of a sudden the price was different. Reached out to sales to discuss it, He then said he would have a manager call me. Title: Very Disappointing Experience with Trade-In – Be Careful I recently purchased a vehicle from Elmwood Chrysler and worked with Ron Cadet, a salesperson there. My experience with the trade-in process was extremely disappointing. On August 4, 2025 I brought my new vehicle, 2013 Dodge Challenger to Elmwood Dodge for an oil change after scheduling an appointment. Upon entering the service area I noticed a female with tattoos on both her forearms and the other three service personnel joking around. I only noticed one person in the waiting area, a woman.
