BEWARE: do not buy anything built by Marcon. Their buildings look good but afterwards once you move in the problems arise. No point in having a warranty when they purposely do not honour it. They hire a bunch of kids for customer service who do not return calls / emails. They give you vague answers to simple questions. The high rise across the street 567 Clarke road has noting but problems. Elevator issues, heating issues and they have central air conditioning but you can only go down as low as 19 degree Celcius.
Putting Reviews as per my experience as Ex- employee! This company is a joke! They didn’t respect any International employee (basically work permit holder) but irony is they are happy to sell them a property! Any current or past International Students or Workers, don't trust them. While working there every single day they make me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome!
