They assigned me a family doctor, Dr. Chuckwudi Anolo. He received me for a first meeting, didn't address any problem I was having, and ask me to rebook a month later. That first appointment lasted 5min. I went back a month later and assumed to have at least 30-60min with him this time, since I am its new patient. He told me I have 10minutes, to choose 1 symptoms to talk about. "diagnose me with BPPD" to get rid of me in less than 10min. Why don’t you guys ever pick up the phone????
My doctor is nice, I have nothing but good things to say about her so far , the receptionist hung up on me . My pharmacy sent in my prescription twice and when I phoned in to inquire about the prescription “ as I have other prescription with this doctor, this receptionist replied “ I don’t know and hung up! Our health care system is bad enough with having rude people to deal with!
Absolutely terrible experience. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The staff showed zero respect, were dismissive, and made the entire process frustrating from start to finish. It honestly felt like patients don’t matter here at all. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place, no one should ever book an appointment here.
